As a hetero dude, I acknowledge this movie wasn't made for me, I've never experienced any homophobic trauma, but for some reason, I really related to the idea of talking to your long-gone parents, about regrets about missed opportunities. I dunno, I really loved it. 9.5/10

>I acknowledge this movie wasn't made for me I don't think gay movies are necessarily made just for gay people. I'm pretty sure Andrew Haigh himself has said as much about his movies.

although it didnt hit me as hard as ive seen people talk about it, i really liked it. i think it has a lot of heart and i liked the way they built the world around the building-train-childhood house and the ambiguity of whats real or not

best film of 2023 Travesty that we won’t even at least get a blu-ray or physical release of it Just as tragic is the snubbing of it from basically every award, even the British just didn’t bother acknowledging it but the film is incredible

I loved this movie. I watched it twice within a week. Why did it destroy you?

Apollosvest

Absolutely loved this film. Everything about it. The performances were top notch and it really stayed with me for weeks afterwards.
