Honestly, Quantumania was worse than Origins Wolverine and ghost rider.

Okay, I definitely think Quantumania was one of the weaker movies in the MCU, but how in the world is it worse than Origins Wolverine and Ghost Rider? I feel like Quantumania was atleast somewhat competently made, even though it definitely felt generic and had spotty CGI, as well as not really feeling like a continuation of the previous films.

It wasn't a bad movie. Bad poster, though Edit: were at the point in the MCU, where if a movie isn't nearly perfect, it gets shit on by a very loud minority on the internet. Quantumania was actually pretty good. M.O.D.O.K. has ALWAYS been a joke, the CGI was fine, the holes guy was funny, and Jonathon Majors was phenomenal (as always).

I think that it was a pretty mid-tier MCU film and the fact that *this* is the movie that everyone points to as evidence of the MCU "losing it's way" or whatever just shows how much superhero fatigue has set in with the general audience.

The really bad movie that should be pointed to is The Marvels.

I watched all the MCU movies back to back recently and it’s not even close to the worst one. It’s mid, but way overhated than it should be.

I don't understand why they even make posters like this. It probably costs more to contract a marketing company to do 50 iterations of Photoshop and micro-note this poster to death than to just hire a real artist to illustrate a proper looking, memorable poster that would stand the test of time. Way more overhated than it should be. There’s no reason it should have the same rating as something like Argylle.

I really can't think of anything I liked about this movie. The villian was lame, the effects were headache inducing, the setpieces were weak etc. The biggest mistake was wasting the cast that made the previous films entertaining, Michael Douglas was given nothing to do, Scott's crew wasn't in the movie, and the recasting of Cassie eliminated any of the charm and chemistry the characters had previously. It's a completely forgettable mess, I genuinely had much more fun watching Morbius.

Argylle had every ingredient to be good… action thriller with legendary actors like Jackson, Rockwell, and Cranston, Henry Cavill as a Bond like hero, and somehow producers told Dua Lipa she could act, it was just a tired story that made no sense…

I dunno, it shows off all the famous people in the movie and it has a vaguely adventure/sci-fi tone. It's not high art, but neither is the movie. It's a perfectly functional advertisement for this film.
