Try Facebook market place there’s a lot of guys on there that do mobile fixing of fabrics like this. They do good work but I’d get front windshield tinted or carbon nano tint if u have dick cops in ur area that will stop u for tint
Do you bathe your hands in hand sanitizer. When covid first hit I had a service tech tell me to never touch the steering wheel or leather shift knob on my Miata if the hand sanitizer was still wet on my hands. He actually said he doesn’t use it…but then again he is a mechanic by trade and has his hand in oil and grease every day.
I’m in Texas and I haven’t seen anything of the sorts!
In all seriousness, I’d replace the wheel (aftermarket ones look better and aren’t any more expensive) and then get some good ceramic tint on that windshield and the windows. Hopefully that prevents that UV damage.

I got some steering wheel covers that you stitch on your wheel. Lot less bulky and give a more premium feel. I recommend, especially in your case with your steering wheel peeling

Getting a lot of stick for the steering wheel peel and start button fading. The Car is still in great condition and she’s performing way beyond expectation at 200k miles. Africa is quite hot so I usually have to do a lot of uplift due to the sun wearing out certain cosmetic parts. Getting hit 40 degree Celsius everyday is no small feat.
