No, this isn’t. The US doesn’t fully operate under socialism. There are some elements of socialism (social security, Medicare, unemployment), but barely. More funding goes towards our military. Also you’re argument against socialism is a slippery slope fallacy.
No, the USA does not. But NYC is much closer and has the right combination of ingredients for this type of outcome.
