I hope you are well and I want to make a few points that I think could be really helpful. What you see here is a bunch of employees venting about something that poisons culture and frankly doesn't work well in regards to the brand of your business.
Take this all on the chin and maybe swap things up a bit both internally and externally. Much like people clamoring to unionize around the United States and how there are so many memes about pizza parties, it's possible that this may be a learning experience.
Take the temperature in the room, especially a room where no one has to bow down to leadership. What are you seeing? What are the trends? To borrow from linkedin, what is the takeaway?
Wish you well and hope that this can be a funny anecdote in the future where you became better corporate leadership as a result. You'll get more out of your employees I promise.
