I will still have consequences even if I put pressure on them man, I am just waiting to move out for college, then I can get a diagnosis. How much would it cost?

You could always go to a government hospital, they have great facilities. One of my cousins didn't get better via a renowned private hospital so he went to a government one and he's in really good health now

How was the process of diagnosis? I 200% have MDD (checkout r/Maladaptivedreaming) and I know for sure I have adhd too. But a little wary about the diagnosis process as I have social anxiety on top of that so speaking to a stranger is a deadly task for me unless they are anonymous like here on Reddit. Would seriously appreciate some advice.
Oh my god I feel so happy to know that I’m not alone because I was terrified to open up about MDD( which I had since childhood btw ) to my best friend or hell even my sister who is a literal doctor herself, none of them could comprehend what I’m saying and was baffled. During my prep I use to MDD 12 hours per day not even kidding. How was the doctor’s response to MDD I’m aware most people don’t know about this nor do they consider this under clinical terms. What was your approach towards explaining this phenomenon?
