Bullshit kaise hai bhai? 4 years BS programmes are built while keeping in mind both education,skills and experience. like 3 years for education and finalyear for college projects and internships
This solve the problem of droppers students taking 2-3 drops has become a common site and many students remain unskilled in this time.
If you ask a 16-17 year old what he wants to become he will throw big words like Neurosurgeon,Cardiacsurgeon etc. But he doesn't know shit about the field he is gonna step in.
as compared to this a 21-22 is a more mature age to make life choices plus you got a degree.
So IMO a 4 years bachelors degree in Life sciences,nursing,chemistry and other related subjects followed 4 years of medschool followed by residency will produce better doctors and more capable students will be selected.
Even though droppers will will be there here too but you will atleast have a degree as a backup as compared to a 21-22 year old person with no skills and no degree

Aesa nhi hai bhai, udhar medicine ke phle bachelor's bhi leni pdti hai, 4saal med school ke baad rotations, fir residency ke liye aapko hi bhag bhag ke khud hospital dhundhna pdta hai for residency and then 4 years of that, dur se dekhne me sb accha lgta hai, udhar aesa nhi hai specialty ke liye residency aapka institute arrange krega... Khud fee deke interview schedule krne pdte hai
Are bhai 4 years ke bachelors(which should be related to medical fields) programme ke baad ek entrance test jiska baad jiske baad colleges allot honge. Jinka PCB hai aur neet nahi nikalta unkebhot lode lagte hai cause they don't have many good options to vo sunk cost fallacy ke bare me sochkar drop pe drop lete hai. If we make Medicine a PG degree we can solve problem of dummy schools, unskilled youth jo UG degree ke peeche 3-4 saal waste karte haI. Moreover most of us decide to prepare for neet at 15 which is very wrong cause vo peer pressure me bhi ho jata hai a 22-23 years old individual is better at decision making and at handling pressure
Also the process ia there is lengthy and extremely expensive, India does not have enough doctors to delay the process nor do people have the finances to manage such expensive studies (you won't be earning a single penny till you're into residency which is 7-8yrs after high-school) but constantly pumping 100s of thousands of dollars into your studies.. Indian education system is completely different from the initial stages, you can't reform the higher studies without making changes in the initial studies

Yup but BS degree bhi related field me honi chahiye(mostly biology and chem)
mast idea hai aise main baki govt exam bhi dete ban jayga aur droppers ke paas degree bhi hogi
