Bhai dhyaan se dekh diagram ulta krke wheatstone mein rb aur ra ke beech vaala connect hota hai, yaha par p and q ko connect kar rakha hai to make it seem like wheatstone pr hai nahi

If you remove, PQ resistor (3 ohm) then the above arrangement would be wheatstone bridge
