160k? That’s cheap lol…for years the top card was like 400k+

chalupa_battman

Based on your opinion I'm assuming this is the first year you have played the game because in the last few iterations Mike Trout would still be like 300k for his LS at this point in the season. This year and last year have been insanely easy to complete the live series.

Lol completing the live series is insanely easy if you play the game. I’ve completed it every year without really ever flipping or anything. This year the rewards aren’t great and the prices reflect that. But in the past you’d be getting 3 end game 99s and multiple players from 91-97 overall. Usually a good player can finish it in may and the cost would be somewhere around 1.5-5 million stubs. For 3 end game cards that early, plus the otter rewards, plus the LS, that is a reasonable price. It is also a skill gap element in the game. The better players get it done quickly and know how to finish it efficiently.

Mundane_Necessary483

the cost of the other gatekeepers would just rise and make the total the same. you will also end up in situations where you literally cant buy a card like ohtani without putting in a max buy order and waiting forever in line. awful idea.

ghost_rider24

Eh, it is what it is with live series. Im just glad the days of rushing your 1 million stub buy order in just to wait in line for a card are mostly over haha.

They go down over the year. He was 260k when I pulled him. Eventually they’ll all drop below 100k
