7IDP Project 23 carbon. Fidlock, can use a hydration tube with it on, decent ventilation. Frequently on sale direct from manufacturer. Suits those of us who troubled our mothers on the way out
Whatever fits you best, first and foremost. Be sure the cheek pads are snug against your face; they should move your skin around but not be uncomfortable. Good companies will provide different pad sets to adjust fit.
I have a big dumb weird head and wear a Troy Lee Stage.
I just got an amazing, amazing deal on the 100% aircraft 2. It retails for $400 but is on sale for $199. If you use the code PQ2WVN5NPN1P you can then get even more off of it and buy a $400 helmet for $99. It’s a crazy deal for a crazy helmet. You can also do this for their other cheaper helmets and get $300 helmets for $60
I've got a big dome. The TLD Stage was quite comfortable. I had to replace it after a crash. I'm currently rocking a Fox Proframe RS. Given the opportunity, I'd buy the Proframe RS again.
Fit is the most important factor for any helmet. I've ordered 4 helmets this week; Bell Super 3R in M and L, IXS Trigger S/M and Smith Mainline M. For my head shape (round asian head) the Mainline fit the best followed by the large Bell 3R. The IXS Trigger fit was a tad tight and would fit a more oval shaped head better compared to either the 3R or Mainline.
Anything with MIPS (multidirectional impact protection system) to protect you from falls at different angles. I got the smith mainline MIPS and love it

I rock the 7iDP project 23 carbon and love it! It’s light and has a good crash replacement program.

I’ve got a big dome as well. The leatt convertible helmet is awfully nice.
