Lost over 60k on thia stock.  Very unhappy

Chimp75

This has been rough. We’re being dragged hard. When will it stop. What’s going to save us? When does this change course and go green for a few years?

Higgilypiggily1

Only thing that can save us is Sumit and Anubhav proving they can walk the walk and not just talk the talk.

mrgunnar1

They are braking the bricks brick by brick. Very discouraging!

Sophia2610

Just to calm the "OMG, we're about to be delisted" jitters, it's worth reviewing the actual NASDAQ rule: If a company trades for **30 consecutive business days below the $1.00** minimum closing bid price requirement, Nasdaq will send a deficiency notice to the company, advising that it has been afforded a "compliance period" of **180 calendar days** to regain compliance with the applicable requirements. At that point the deficient company can apply for an extension. Incidentally, the WSJ published an article titled, *Why Are So Many Stocks Trading Below $1 On NASDAQ?* by Alexander Osipovich that pointed to the 464 companies non-compliant at the time it was written (the number appears to have risen), mostly due to those very generous grace periods. If you kill everybody in a recession you're not left with much of a market.

Befriendthetrend

I know we don’t need to worry about delisting, but the fact that we are talking about this again is a fail. Mark my words, Sumit will not be the CEO of MicroVision at this time next year if things have not turned around dramatically.

Far-Dream2759

How many here, absolutely railed folks worried about heading back to the sub $1 range months ago. Pepperidge Farms remembers.

Befriendthetrend

Wasn’t many months ago that we expected imminent OEM nominations.

Worldly_Initiative29

Did Hudd give up on us? Not seen a ‘could be worse’ in a little while

slum84

Cause it got worse

Huddstang

Certainly did

Rocket_the_cat27

He’s prob just taking a break from posting. I’m lurking much more now and don’t post as often. Just seems like it’s best to wait for the first announcement or any significant news before spending tons of time in here again.

TheRealNiblicks

I heard that he's not leaving: https://www.reddit.com/r/MVIS/comments/1d9rhx0/after_hours_trading_action_thursday_june_06_2024/l7fk6u9/ u/Huddstang

jcmolly19

So is anyone buying at these prices, or is it just too risky at this point? Wondering whether I should try to average down from a $3.6 avg.

jolliskus

Have the reasons why you originally bought changed?

HoneyMoney76

I buy whenever I can. I’m trying to get a pension transferred so that I can buy thousands more and average down but it’s a slow process (started the ball rolling exactly 1 month ago) and I’m just hoping the transfer happens before a deal does, as it would make a massive difference to my retirement then!!

Sacredsmokes

I bought 4655 last half hour

Palebluedot14

I am buying $10 worth every day. That about 10 shares. 300 shares a month Risk = max $300 Loss Reward (if a deal is announced) = $900 (3x) $3000(10x)

sublimetime2

I wouldnt trust what anyone says about buying and selling anyway.

FawnTheGreat

I am buying very very little with literal pocket change. A share here. 2 or 3 there. The risk is real and I’m not loving the idea of even wasting one dollar at a time. That said, if they can pull something out of their hats being as close to a buck in average is going to make this wait feel alll worth it. I’ve got 11k at 4.14 atm and I def get the chasing a falling knife vibe. But also very exciting being so low for once and not needing 10 bucks to break even

Rocket_the_cat27

At these prices, every paycheck.

I'm just kind of living everyday with my head in the sand. I have staked so much in my belief of their product and direction. I saw a real hit piece today. I find that's when something good is on the horizon in so many stocks. I've been to fifteen cents once... Me and my over 30 k shares still hopin and dreamin.

Palebluedot14

So, been looking at LAZR & Hesai deals. They basically agreed to do the SAMPLE B development with Nvidia, MB. We had an option to work on similar Sample B with those 2 OEMs (out of 9) that are now gone. We refused because its not worth the investment? Is that what really happened?

hearty_underdog

"Since Q1 update, we have disengaged on two RFQs. In one RFQ for a passenger vehicle of our MOVIA S product, the OEM moved the decision point beyond 2024 as they look to realign their model year strategy. This decision has nothing to do with our technology, but rather their product strategy. In another RFQ for our MOVIA L sensor for a global trucking OEM, we were not able to reach commercial agreement. We were told that our sensor and software proposal was the most mature and top offering. Our manufacturing strategy was the highest level of maturity and went through their qualification, reported to us as in the top tenth percentile of their suppliers. Our commercial proposal was also accepted. Their preference was for a partner with a more diversified product and revenue portfolio. MicroVision cannot accept an agreement limited to B-sample only since we would have to take on significant financial risk for a full program with only B-sample phase agreement. Ultimately, we could not reach a mutually beneficial agreement. As I said earlier, with the wisdom that comes from experience, we know how important it is for us to avoid any partnership that gives outsized benefit to that significantly larger OEM, while putting the long-term health of the company in jeopardy."

Falagard

Sigh. LAZR agreed to do a B Sample because they had an A Sample, it's the next step in the process. Microvision are currently working on our B Sample for Mavin, but they are assuming certain functional requirements from the OEMs. If we get an OEM who needs customization, that'll be a new B Sample and a specific revision of Mavin for that OEM. We don't know what was involved in the customization of Movia for the OEM, but management does. They decided not to go through with the B Sample development. That was their decision based on far more information than any of us here have. We have to trust that decision. To me it seemed bullish that Microvision didn't take a consolation prize the OEM gave us just to be able to announce a partnership that may never fully materialize.

Palebluedot14

Thanks for the explanation!!

FawnTheGreat

Another day above a dollar. So far.. come on sumit you’re running out of time before we end up doing the ol 10 day under a buck countdown. Cutting it mighty close

WaveSuspicious2051

Today is probably the last

Mask667

I'm of the opinion that someone is keeping us floating just above a dollar. No idea who or what their intentions are, but if sentiment were any indicator we would have gone and stayed below a dollar last week

Brine-Pool

Probably the 90 shares I bought today lol.

FawnTheGreat

Buyers I would say

Palebluedot14

Why can't management share the names of the OEMs? Some legal stuff?

EarthKarma

…or alternatively competition doesn’t encourage naming names now….

Nakamura9812

NDAs. The competitors only mention RFQs as well but do no name names unless I’ve missed something.

tshirt914

100% NDAs. Gotta be very cautious, any mention of names & updates could get you removed from RFQ(s).

Anyone got any TA hopium?

CommissionGlum

[https://www.reddit.com/r/MVIS/comments/1blgx23/bull\_falling\_wedge\_here\_we\_go\_again/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web3x&utm\_name=web3xcss&utm\_term=1&utm\_content=share\_button](https://www.reddit.com/r/MVIS/comments/1blgx23/bull_falling_wedge_here_we_go_again/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) This TA is still applicable. "There is an inverse cup and handle that has formed on the daily [Appendix F](https://www.tradingview.com/x/X3D0Tuzy/). The price target of this cup and handle is a bit difficult to pin point because there isn’t an obvious ‘starting point’. That $1.70 20 year trend line is currently protecting us from this pattern, but will it last? It held us up on this past drop (not to get into politics but I believe that they did sell shares), yet we stayed above this trend line. A price target for this cup and handle would be sub $1.00. Likely, $.90. With at least one major resistance at $1.52." "Okay, now back to the more aggressive targets. If we take the current high and current low, then that is a 1,537% price target from the point that we break out at. If shorts do attempt to bring this down to… gosh knows how low, but we end up trading BACK in this bull falling wedge, then you can think of that drop as a ‘spring’ and the lower we went, the higher we will go based on the ‘current high – current low + breakout point’. If $1.68 was our low, and we broke out next week, the **target would be roughly $37.70"**

pnthr11

Man thank you for this!

IneegoMontoyo

TA is dead. It only works if sentiment is driving movement in a manipulation free environment.

nebmalim

You left out about 10,000 more words to say this. You feeling okay?

IneegoMontoyo

Well played! I think I’m tired of it all to be honest. Verbal and metal capitulation maybe.

Erroneous-Monk421

Another one of those days.
