UPDATE: They finally emailed me back. They said they will send me the items I ordered as soon as possible. They also want me to send the poster back at my earliest convenience and provided a shipping label. I'm not quite sure if I should wait until I get my items, or send the poster back and hope they send my stuff.
“Show me yours and I’ll show you mine” is how I handle stuff like this with shipping. Until I’ve received the goods I paid for I’m holding the improper(their item) as collateral.
Yeah , the second photo has thinner thread used - makes it easier to see details. The one OP received looks like a knock off even if it is legit- when comparing the photos
i personally believe the photo on the website is a mockup, with a digital drawing of the stitching. the stitching in real life just looks different than the render. they should update the render, or post a real photo of the hat. i believe they did this to sell enough to begin manufacturing. my 2 cents
Packaging aside, I’d say from personal experience, the product quality has gone down significantly, especially for the price.
About a year or two ago, I ordered the white Faces hoodie, had the track listing and unique art on the back. The hoodie came in, and it was one of the best hoodies I had. Draw strings were thick and didn’t feel fragile. Even the inside of the hoodie felt warm and fuzzy.
Decided to order another hoodie recently, was the navy blue “you could love it, you could leave it” Swimming hoodie. It came in and it was very poor quality (not to mention they sent the wrong size originally, had to ship it back). The hoodie itself is very thin, the inside is all scratchy, not fuzzy, and it doesn’t even have draw strings at all, despite what the picture shows in the store.
I have no clue what the fuck happened in the past year or two, but I’m sure they cut quality for cost, and it made me realize I will never buy shit from them again.
I don’t understand how they can get away with that, because they used to sell actual quality stuff. Not anymore.
Ive bought merch from other musicians for less, and the quality was nice.
That hat was $27 plus shipping, and my both my hoodies were about $80 each.
Just a shame in general.
When I ordered a hat it came in one of those plastic baggies not a box. Wild cause those baggies are cheaper and it honestly probably would’ve been safer that way too. Lol

I’ve never had any shipping issues with em other than them lagging and I’ve ordered a good amount of shit. Never had a box come in fucked up or even dented a little. Pretty sure it’s the UPS, or USPS in your guys area
My tenth anniversary wmwtso vinyl was run over before being delivered. The box had a very visible tire track over top of it and was completely smashed. Got sent another one. Also had a hat that came and the stitching wasn’t finished and was hanging loose. Likely won’t buy anything else from them which sucks.
I got the same hat and had no issues, mine is great. It seems to be hit or miss, so I only order if I really like it. I have gotten that hat, the swimming 5 year vinyl, and wmwtso 10 year vinyl. All if them came in fine, but I have only had 3 orders
I bought some hoodies back for the original Faces drop, and my designs were like partial images. Was super depressed from that point on and never bought anything again from them.
