This look DOES have a filter but to create the closest thing to it you will need quite a few products, here are my recommendations. (Be aware that skin texture, eye shape and facial structure will be different for all people so the end result will most likely not be IDENTICAL) First start with good skincare and skin prep, this look is very dewy/glowy so your skin will need to be very well hydrated. But also be aware that less is more and too much product can cause pilling and separation. Hyaluronic acid serums are a great option, or any serum that claims to give you hydrated and glowy skin. The Charlotte tilbury serum is a great option. A glowy moisturizer and primer is a must, Charlotte tilbury magic cream is super glowy. A good primer is the Tatcha Liquid silk, Iconic London under glow blurring primer, The Bobbi Brown Face Base or the Peter Thomas Roth Instant FirmX Glow filter priming serum. Also if you want your makeup to last all day you absolutely need a primer. Also a sunscreen is a good option for everyday. Now for makeup, start with good brushes, they make a huge difference, wait until your skincare is FULLY dry before applying any makeup. A tiny fan helps a lot. Starting with face/complexion- Foundation recommendations for this look, because it is a full coverage and for a wedding these ones will last all day and look the best- Nars light reflecting Armani Luminous silk Estée Lauder double wear Nars Soft matte Concealers- (choose 1-2, you will want one that is your exact match and one a little bit brighter for the undereyes) Tower 28 Nars radiant creamy Tarte shape tape Hourglass vanish Nars soft matte (needed if you have any acne that needs to be covered) Setting powder- Huda beauty loose powder for baking and Charlotte tilbury pressed powder for setting concealer. Set your makeup really well so it stays all day, especially for your wedding. Setting spray- Charlotte Tilbury for blending everything together and making you look glowy, urban decay all nighter to make it stay. Bronzer/contour. use a cream bronzer or contour before foundation, the Westman atelier ones, the merit and the LYS are good choices. Then add a powder contour/bronzer on top of your foundation (you can use both contour and bronzer, the picture does look like she has both) For powder bronzer/contour the best ones are the makeup by Mario, Charlotte tilbury and Patrick Ta. Same thing for blush, cream under foundation, powder over foundation, Saie dewy blush and Rare beauty blush are good creams, Patrick Ta, Nars and rare beauty have powder blushes that would work perfectly for this look and are long lasting. Highlighter- I prefer powder but you can also use cream/liquid underneath your foundation for extra glow. The iconic London liquid highlighters and Saie glowy super gel are gorgeous. Rare beauty, Fenty and Haus labs have the best powder blushes in my opinion. (She also has highlighter on her top lip to accentuate her lips and add glow) Now for eyes- The pallets that will give you this look are the Patrick Ta Major dimension rose, Huda beauty pretty grunge (for the shimmer shades), Makeup by Mario Master Mattes and Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft glam. A good eye primer will help your eyeshadow to stay on all day and look better, not patchy and more even, the Bobbi Brown Face Base can be used for the face and eyes and is my number one recommendation. She also has false eyelashes on, Lily lashes are a great option that look natural. Brows are filled in, you can achieve this look with a variety of products, the Anastasia dip brow and brow freeze, or any eyebrow pencil with any eyebrow gel tbh. Lip colours look very different on every skin tone but from what I see, these lip liners would give you a similar look, Charlotte tilbury pillow talk, Makeup forever where ever walnut, Mac spice or makeup by Mario smokey pink would give you that look. I would try Charlotte tilbury, and if you want a lipstick go with Charlotte tilbury, pillow talk, glowing Jen or dance floor princess look like close ish shade matches. Probably missing something but those are my recommendations lol.

Beautiful photo, beautiful lady. Is the blush too high for her facial shape?
