I don’t understand wanting a though gap thing. That was so 2000s when girls strived for it. Healthy bodies don’t mean thigh gap. It’s literally genetics and bone structure that determines that. For most women getting to thigh gap range means super unhealthy weight. My niece is 5’0 and 100 pounds. Her thighs and legs touch. She would have to be like 70 pounds and no weight on her legs to have a gap.
