I agree with the three choices for classes having the best initials. If I could, I’d give Bish a runner up for best initials in the 4th place, because the name sounds exactly like Best In Slot, and we love our BiS items.

Worst initial:
ILM (ice lightning mage) - long, clunky and no easy way to pronounce it
FPM (fire poison mage) - not as bad as ILM but it also sounds uncool
WH (wild hunter) - the pronunciation is too long
Edit: I see now that my experiences aren't universal, and I'm sorry to all the IL and FP I offended, still nasty initials though

When I see "NL master race" or "NL Mains" I think of a group of extreme Dutch people or people who sub to NorthernLion.
They're all pretty close. From what I know FP has the best boss damage, but DW has good damage and utility, so it depends if you want to solo bosses, do them in a party, or in a duo or anything like that.
Hero is the one I always see when someone does some crazy solo like solo khaling, since his kit is amazing for bossing
