It should be fine if it fits in the battery tray. Factory should be an h5 though.

it absolutely will not work, the positive and negative terminals are not even in the right spots

Former Toyota Dealership Technician here: Wrong battery, you removed an LN2/H5/47 size battery, and you purchased a LN3/H6/48 size to replace it. Return the incorrect battery and replace it with the correct one. Scanning the QR code on the top might have led you to the correct group size.

I mean it will work and as long as it's secured tightly everything will be ok even if it's less than ideal
