There's an official Nocturne TTRPG called Tokyo Conception coming in English, but it got delayed after getting leaked. No news on when its arriving now.
We played a campaign that I directed, by mushing together Voidheart Symphony and City of Mist rules. We played it similar to persona, with little twists and tweaks so it felt more grounded and "realistic".
There is a modification someone made for the cypher system that I've checked out, and the tokyo conception translation that's coming out eventually. Otherwise you could always take the nightmare plunge and make one yourself :D
There is a one page TTRPG meant to replicate Persona 5 by the same author as Fabula Ultima called 99 Days.
With still Persona 5 as a point of reference, Voidheart Symphony is another name to recommend. It uses metroidvania as another stylistic references, which is easily seen in its Palace stand-in.
On reddit's TTRPG spaces you can also find a fan-made Persona ttrpg, the Velvet Book, which I remember being nice.
Then uuhh, I know people have had success replicating Persona's teenager with superpowers deal with everyday issues and also villains with Mask, the PBTA teen drama superhero system.
I do not know SMT stand-ins besides the official one that's supposed to get an english TL called Tokyo Conception
I made an SMT narrative on my discord channel, with its own system, but it took a lot of work to adjust some statuses that I based on the Megaten fandom from. But, it was fun and unfortunately we didn't finish due to lack of time and occupations.
