It's not about hand, it's an addition of many stupid things that show it wasn't man-made :
Luffy have scar under both his eyes, Lighting is completely fucked up, zooming in the buildings make no sense, the second plane is super random and badly implemented, every detail is blury, the overall style screams AI.
Either AI or really stupid artist

Your only argument is hand=good=notAI, why are you dismissing the rest of my arguments ? Also even if this argument was good, but where the fuck does Luffy hand come from ? Is he supposed to be behind a wall, a chair ? what the fuck is the composition of this image ?

I have used AI to generate images and hands always have an extra finger, or they look like weird fleshy blobs. and since this image isn't new and I've seen it posted in this sub for quite a while, it definitely wasn't made only using AI.
