I would have thought Metallica would be way more into Japan, since Metallica basically made a japanese guitar brand famous, I think they even own a part of it.
But I don't think there exists a single country where Metallica could *not* fill a stadium for at least one night.

Unfortunately I had to travel last year to see them because they haven't announced any concerts in their home area of San Francisco yet
Fyi there is a message sent out from their official Line app saying in Japanese that there will be a world tour in 2024 but didn't mention Japan as the destination though i think they will come play in october just my guess.

They might go there if they ever come here to Australia/NZ ,SE Asia
