If you liked the brutalist biblioteca Vasconcelos, may I suggest you go to Metro line 12? (if you go 11:00 - 13:00 I think it should be reasonably empty)
I haven’t thought about that until now (I primarily use it for actual transportation lol) but here goes my two cents.
The “Ermita” trasnfer is glorious IMHO, “hospital 20 de noviembre” is really cool as well, I would also visit “Periférico oriente” which I think is really unique among the elevated stations.
While unrelated to architecture, the whole above ground section (culhuacan - Tláhuac) has great views, and “tlaltenco” has a cool “rural train station vibe”.
Also, the metro museum is in Mixcoac.
(It’s CDMX, you know we have a museum for everything)
Hope that helps :D
Where is #1, please? Arriving this evening & would love to have this before I leave on Sunday.
Also, which hot air balloon company did you use? Thanks!
Your photos are amazing, I haven't had the opportunity to go out to see my city for work and because I don't know much about my city, but your images made me want to get out of my cave.
You are an amazing photographer, thank you for sharing your views, they are beautiful.
I'm sorry for my bad english i use Google translate.
Nice photos, this is the Mexico we’d like to show all the time. Unfortunately, this photos are just a tiny part of how things are atm.
I hope you enjoyed your time in Mexico
I go at least once a year and have yet to go to Vasconcelos. I really need to prioritize it for next trip. Amazing shots, you edit with light room? The film look is dope, I've been shooting film the past year and a half and love it.

There was a hot balloon festival in course, I suppose. And the salesman sleeping, damn! An stereotypical but we can’t complain when you see one really doing.
Truly a wonderful city. I have lived here my entire life and the city continues to surprise me.
Gringo o whitexican?

I love infos like this! Thanks for sharing!
You’re welcome mate. I also added my personal station recommendations in another comment if you’re interested ;)
Buena data! The whole line? Or specific stations?

If memory serves right, Mexico city is the second city with most museums in the world. Paris has the first place with about 10 museums more.
Very nice pics.
Great composition and storytelling, beautiful city 🇲🇽
Hey man, may I ask which camera did you use? Those are some sweet pics
Thanks! I shot these on my Fuji x100F
Really fantastic work, thanks for sharing!
That sweet sweet Fuji look. Great eye.
Where is #1, please? Arriving this evening & would love to have this before I leave on Sunday. Also, which hot air balloon company did you use? Thanks!
https://maps.app.goo.gl/KTdNmYoVJhGCaWLY7 Hot air balloon company is called WeFly Teotihuacan Enjoy your trip!
Thank you so much!
Nice shots, do you use a filter to edit your photos?
Thanks! I edited manually through lightroom
Wonderful photos and perspective
Holy shit, that library is like the fucking Tesseract from Interstellar!!!
Maybe the Mexican director was inspired by it!
Apparently design & construction began almost 10 years before Interstellar came out.

Moved out of CDMX in the early 2000s and this just gave me so much nostalgia. Extraño mi casa :(
Same. I miss it every day.

Very cool! What kind of camera do you use?
Thanks! I shot this on the fuji x100F
What filters do you use ? Is there a way I can replicate this with light room?
Yes, I also edited them manually through lightroom.
But can you explain how to make a more "dramatic" effect please ?

Nice pics. Glad to see you didn't used that horrible yellowish filter to make then look more “mexican”.

Most pic threads are incredibly average but these are some nice shots OP!
There was a hot balloon festival in course, I suppose. And the salesman sleeping, damn! An stereotypical but we can’t complain when you see one really doing.
Bonitas fotos, espero que te largues pronto
Great photos but I wouldn't consider tortas al fuego, the hot air balloons, biblioteca vasconcelos, etc hidden beauties lol
