I find the whole traditional sit-down restaurant culture with servers waiting on you to be silly and pretentious anyway. There are restaurant formats where you order and pay with a cashier, choose your table, and then have your food brought to you, and they are nice places with atmosphere, very good food, and a bar. Though i haven't seen that in Florida much. Would be a good fit for Miami beach though
