La Colada on sw 8th and 15th is really cute and makes great coffee. Go up the block to Party Cake Bakery for delicious pastries, and across the street to Havana Classic cigars.

WorldWideBeerGuy

Thanks for the recommendation! The coffee at La Colada was amazing!!!

If you like beer, don’t miss out on having a couple of cold ones at UBS, Union Beer Store. Across the street is El Pub. It’s not a pub but a Cuban restaurant, grab a croqueta preparada sandwich.

Pick a random gas station and the cafecitos and empanadas will probably be pretty good.

FlabbergastedPeehole

Yup. Some of the best cafecito, pastries, and full on meals come from Miami and Broward gas stations. Miles away from OPs area, but the Shell on Red Rd just south of the county line in Miramar has the best food.

This is the go-to place and yet so far from being even remotely the best place to go.

Gkurkechian

I think if your from out of town. It’s the place to go. Everyone I have brought here has loved it.

space_ape71

It is the scene for sure! Their coffee and pastellitos are decent enough, but their meals are sub-par.

You also really have to go to Azucar ice cream and Ball & Chain next door on SW 8 Street and 15 Avenue

Can’t think of any bakeries atm, but for cigars and cafecito check out Little Havana Cigar Factory, Guantanamera Cafe and Lounge also has alcohol, there are a ton of other spots along Calle you can’t go wrong

Versailles but every time fidel dies you wont be able to park anywhere near it so be careful.
