Thats actually how high bypass turbofans look, especially really big ones. The core is smaller than the fan so you wind up able to see through the engine nacelle depending on what angle you look at while it is running:

As for your concern, have you looked at the a320neo v2 to see if inibuilds modeled it? I know the horizon 787-9 has it modeled
I think you can only see through it in flight if you take a super short-exposure photo

The fan is spinning fast enough you can see through to the back.

I know that. But that affect doesn’t seem to exist in the default A320. That’s why I was trying to see if a mod existed.
