How long do the dusts effects last and would you recommend them over demondrug/armorskin? I play solo now and use the armor skin and demondrug but I remember only using dusts when I played duos with my buddy, both of us being complete noobs but it was fun as all hell regardless
The normal and mega last for like less than 5 mins and the pills last for less than 1 min but gives you the highest increase
The powdered got upgraded in iceborn I forgot didn't play in a while University
For the horns it last for like 2 mins

They're just not hitting it incredibly hard they're hitting it while not getting hit at all themselves that takes a lot of planning as well and it certainly took them a long ass time to correlate all their moves to be perfectly in sync like they do!
To hunt monsters, I just do what Big-D from hunter the parenting does and inject enough narcotics into my system that if I get bitten, the monster gets absolutely stoned.
I mean, that or I *could* bring my insect glaive but ehhhhhhhh
I hunt monsters by hunting OTHER monsters and making weapons and armor out of their bodies that are specifically designed to counter and exploit the strengths and weaknesses of the monster i want to fight.
sadly, preparation is not encouraged anymore, when you can just restock everything in camp. You can just keep banging your head against the monster while chugging all the potions. Not my cup of playstyle though

Eating an obscene amount of calories to gain power, and maybe eating a bug you found on the ground and necking a few bottles of extremely potent combat stimulants you made from random plants and monster bodily fluids of unknown provenance while you're at it.

Usually it's "forgot to restock potions" or "forgot to eat"
oddly enough for me it's also "Forgot to bring traps/bombs" and "Forgot to restock Traqs and Dust"

You can stack drugs / dust / seeds. I don't remember how long each of them lasts, though.
