If it helps the wiring diagram I've found for its very similar model bike says the blue wire leads to the switch. The green leads to the speedometer etc. Does that give any idea as to which is negative and which is positive?
I would expect positive to come from the switch through a relay and the other would be ground, so from that perspective the diagram doesn’t seem conclusive. I’d just try it one way and if it doesn’t work, swap the connections over.
Trial and error will be fine. If they are incandescent (not LED) the polarity will not matter.

I've figured it out. Green is ground.
Plug them in until they work you won't break anything. If you're upgrading to LED they might not flash if you don't have a flasher relay 👍
Green is USUALLY ground....
Green to black.
