Or a stupid moneywaster purchase
Edit: to the emo Kids below, please also have some respect for the money. I can afford to buy 10 artisan at once but being fine economic wise doenst mean we wasted the money
I’d say you don’t need one depending on humidity and how much you sweat, alternately there’s pads like the Razer atlas and the padsmith glass pads which come with a oleophobic
I was very into Skypad drops at one point but my room is so full of crap that I'm now trying to get rid of stuff and ended up selling three. I'm still holding onto a Yuki Aim one (along with a couple others) but I'm pretty much just treating it like a piece of art for now and letting it just sit in its box. I had a second one at one point that I used but I got kind of annoyed that I always needed to use an arm sleeve.
As you know a gamer never quits no matter how old I get I will still need a good mousepad to be with me… so I have decided to get it once and for all so I don’t have to bother about getting. New one when my one wears out
One of the reasons artisan pads are so well regarded is because they are good quality and *can last a long time*, so this seems a little bit excessive lol. But which pad(s) did you get?
4 artisan zeros 4 hiens and 2 hayate otsu. As you know artisan zero is the goat of control pads and one day I’m afraid they might discontinue them so I have bought 4. Same goes to hien as I play other fast paced games too. Hayate otsu is just a filler because I never tried it if I like it il always have a fresh pair.
I should also get some extra Zeros for the future, incase something happens to the company. They seem to be doing well concidering that they kind of blew up in the west. The company will most likely remain for quite a while.
Is the whole pad made completely in house though? What if one of their suppliers (say the people who make the fabric) changes the weave for some reason?
I ordered 2 Type99 (xsoft and mid), and 2 Zero (xsoft and soft). I was told 2 max per each type was okay, but in email they said only 2 pads total per order
Zeros are in stock on JPgamingusa the official artisan reseller in the US if you want to grab them from there and avoid the issue of contacting support
Nice. Really good coverage. Try and not burn through them.
Use them for the next 10 years+
And no matter how many flashy pads are realised in future you definitely do not need them. These are goated
On the bright side, if any of your friends are thinking about it you can assist them, in fact if you manage to sell them all for a $10/$20 profit you should do this for a business. You say ur bad at managing money I say you’re passionate about mousepads
Username checks out
Hehe
What's the story behind such a big purchase?
Or a stupid moneywaster purchase Edit: to the emo Kids below, please also have some respect for the money. I can afford to buy 10 artisan at once but being fine economic wise doenst mean we wasted the money
This I have no choice but to admit I am terrible with managing my money I always find myself impulse purchasing items
You don't even want to see me collection though homie just know you are not alone, unfortunately for me I got a thing with Skypad drops
I kinda wanna try skypad too but I don’t really wanna wear an arm sleeve tho. They look sick! And can last a life time haha
I’d say you don’t need one depending on humidity and how much you sweat, alternately there’s pads like the Razer atlas and the padsmith glass pads which come with a oleophobic
I use a glass pad and have never needed a sleeve
Honestly arm sleeves aren’t bad if you get the right size they are super comfortable and the zero friction is worth

I understand getting One slow One medium One fast but you Just bought all of them.....

I don’t understand why buy 10 of these when a new better version can come out next year or the year after and so on which will surely happen…
I am dumb
Ok. Ow do this with glass pads and send one to your boy kodiak who you've only read this one post from! Frens 4 lyfe
At least you honest bro!

Emo Kids on reddit
Emo kids lol. What does that even mean
As you know a gamer never quits no matter how old I get I will still need a good mousepad to be with me… so I have decided to get it once and for all so I don’t have to bother about getting. New one when my one wears out
I bet you will get the latest model once someone announce some new tech :)
That would be sad
If you keep coming here you most definitely will

He might be onto smt🤣
Soft or xsoft ? And where dis u ordered pls ?
I ordered soft and x soft too I ordered from official artisan website
i think the type99 is the goat of controlpads
I need to try that out ordering soon
I should also get some extra Zeros for the future, incase something happens to the company. They seem to be doing well concidering that they kind of blew up in the west. The company will most likely remain for quite a while.
if its a goat pad, they will never stop producing it, but improving it. that is how business runs. unless people stop buying them.
Is the whole pad made completely in house though? What if one of their suppliers (say the people who make the fabric) changes the weave for some reason?
>As you know artisan zero is the goat of control pads Man did not get the memo of Type 99
But the zero isn't even a control pad ...
Slap on some Tiger Arc1 feet and you get a very controlled glide with low static friction.
where did you buy? they cancelled my order of 4 🙃
Just cooperate with their email staff they tried to cancel my order too but I explained and talked to them. And they shipped out my order
As someone with an Artisan collection almost as large as this, I fully understand and respect it!
Weird, didn't you just ordered too many Type-99?
I ordered 2 Type99 (xsoft and mid), and 2 Zero (xsoft and soft). I was told 2 max per each type was okay, but in email they said only 2 pads total per order
Zeros are in stock on JPgamingusa the official artisan reseller in the US if you want to grab them from there and avoid the issue of contacting support
Maybe it's country dependant then, idk, I ordered 6 without any issue
Tbh I would only make a purchase like this if I thought the business was going under, I don't think Artisan is though. What was the purpose?
I am bad with money management
Hopefully you didn't get all the same type atleast. Lol
Definitely didn’t that would be crazy haha
Which ones did you buy??
Zero hien and hayate otsu

I might need to order again soon though the type 99 is catching my interest

60000-70000 yen with import taxes around 80000+ yen
absolute legend for spending that much money, honestly
question why?
I’m bad at managing my money
I did the same about a year ago. Got use from 2 of them and gave one to my bro.
Gotta do what you gotta do lol
Any of those a raiden orange? Thing is always sold out
mandatory post 1 year later to answer the age old question: ARE YOU WINNING, SON?
I’m currently gold on valorant will update
No you arent
Real the type 99 just came out i should get it
Yeah ofc that little bit of extra control means you’ll hit more heads for sure.
Yes the gold valorant players ain’t ready for me
Looks like a nice filing system lol
what pad is this btw?
I couldnt even begin to guess the cost of it all. Each to their own and all that but I'd be worried about constantly switching?
Share the wealth homie, I’m after a 99 and a zero in soft XL or xxl
On the bright side, if any of your friends are thinking about it you can assist them, in fact if you manage to sell them all for a $10/$20 profit you should do this for a business. You say ur bad at managing money I say you’re passionate about mousepads
