The Disassembly Drones as a whole; they're killing machines, literally, and/or by order of magnitude the Absolute Solver due to their own body count,
The solver allows the a host to consume biological matter (death) and repurpose it (life)
This new “life” just so happens to always be damn horrifying. It is likely it can create more natural life though.

Probably J, in episode one she was literally talking about their kill quotas. Even when she’s not aware of their true purpose (serving the AS’ desire), she sees killing itself as her purpose. She was even willing to betray N, who’s basically a brother figure to her, at the drop of a hat, when he showed unwillingness to “meet their quota” in episode 1.
Not to mention coming back from the dead as eldritch J and killing more. Besides being killed twice on screen.

The Absolute Solver for obvious reasons. It undoubtedly has the biggest kill count having destroyed not only Earth and potentially wiping out humanity but also other colonies as well is responsible for the core collapse on Copper-9, and is indirectly responsible for every murdered Drone at the hands of the Disassembly Drones since it’s their creator. Not to mention the Drones it’s killed whenever it possessed Uzi.
It literally calls itself the Exponential End.
