The way Embiid moves is very limiting imo, and much easier to stop than Wemby movement. Embiid can’t bring the ball up and run an offense, nor can he move without the ball at the elite level that Wemby’s movement allows for. Give me fluid/smooth movement over heavy/lumbering movement any day.

I almost did this but decided the jokic post moves are pointless without a big body. Downgrade to Dwight who in his prime was a killer in the post and the upgrade to Embiids body to add 6+ inches.
This is what I got to in the end as well. Ant’s body is the one I trust to actually stay on the court, so I chose that first and then knew I’d have enough money for Steph’s shooting. Derozan seemed the next best way of getting a bargain.

I mean, the simple problem is that mid-range shots, no matter how good, are rarely as efficient as other looks. MJ shot around 49-50% from the midrange, which is absolutely crazy, but like… a 33% 3pt shooter is just as efficient, and that’s not even good.
Mid-range shooting in the modern game is a last-resort option, the shot you take if the other team is shutting off your more efficient options and giving you a near-open look. It’s just not worth the points when you could be putting it into other attributes.

Post Moves: $3 Jokic, he’s an all-time great center and that’s because of his offensive package. His post moves are probably the best in the league right now.
Finishing: $2 Giannis, elite rim pressure and dunking ability. Doesn’t have the finesse of other all-timers like Bron or Vince, but still insanely dominant.
Body: $4 Wembanyama, this is the absolute lock to me. 7’4” barefoot with great agility and so far, minimal injuries.
Give me Embiid's body with Hakeem's post moves, Dirks mid range, Lebron's finishing, and the $1 3 pt shooting. That is a top 5 all-time player without the 3pt shot even.
None of the finishers are very good. Those players are just all incredible athletes who can overpower their opponents. But someone like Kyrie should be the $5 finisher.
Also, midrange shooting is not super important. You have to be good enough to hit a few open shots to punish defensive mistakes, but I never want my ideal scorer taking lots of them.
Three of your "body" candidates are serious injury risks. Then Wemby would scare me injury-wise, though I'm rooting for him to have a healthy career. Ant is the easy choice.

Now you have the best Post player and Three point shooters ever.
