I would argue their pairing is the perfect marriage. Giannis covers for Luka's weak point of attack defense. Luka's range makes Giannis a menace inside. Their pick and roll pairing would be impossible to switch as you'd be inviting a smaller defender onto Giannis who can just rampage to the rim.

I think giannis offball rim protection covers lukas deficiencies as a point of attack defender. Lukas has already shown he is at least top 3 in throwing lobs to find the roller in pick n roll which giannis would excel at. Giannis can take offensive load throughout the game to conserve Lukas energy and get other teams in foul trouble, and then luka has more energy to be the best closer in basketball. Yall are crazy for thinking that isn’t a great fit. Surround them with 2-3 other shooters and that team is winning multiple titles.
