The email I got from them said it opens Saturday (6/1), but definitely is a fun ride, well organized, that’s a bit of a challenge - going up to Ridge Hill at the end of the ride is rough!
Would this ride be doable on a single speed? (Climb wise)?
I’ve done the Five Boro Bike Tour a couple times and had no issues. Also, I ride regularly throughout the city (over all bridges no problem)
Wondering if this would be too hilly tho…
If it is like in the past, there will be 3 routes: 12 miles, 25 miles and 45 miles. I think the 12 mile route one would be fine, and the 25 too. But I've never done the 45. They post the routes beforehand so you can check it out.

I think you could do it but might be well off walking some hills instead of trying to ride it. Yonkers has some big ones.
