Sorry you're having trouble.
There's a thumbscrew on the glass panel that you'll need to remove carefully so you can take out the inserts.
Give it a shot and let me know how it goes.
I hope you googled this while waiting for a response because you can find an answer in 10 seconds! you can find small tutorials all over Google, especially YouTube!
Yeah, I can see that getting a expensive PC and opening it up can be intimidating, but it is as easy as putting a puzzle together. Not even a hard puzzle. There is a FAT BLACK SCREW in the back, closer to the glass panel that you unscrew. Unscrew it and try to lightly pry the glass panel off from the metal tab.
Question though to other PC builders: will he need an exhaust fan in the back? I do see a lot of these cases without the fan in the back.
If you don't mind me asking, did you order anything else along with this ie keyboard & mouse etc. If so how long did the PC itself take to ship in comparison, if that makes sense.
I ordered mine on President’s Day weekend and got an NZXT monitor for free. Different delivery days for both. but took about little less than two weeks to arrive. I have a Player Two (Standard model, Black).
I'm surprised they shipped that with the Graphics card installed.
Edit: Not saying its a bad thing, just seen it being shipped separate lately to avoid shipping damage.
You need a hammer. Go ahead and crack open the glass panel to access the insides. Welcome to the club
It sounds strange, but totally accurate. I cringed so hard the first time I had to smash open a front panel.
this.
bro didn’t even bother to build and research at least research on how to open it bruh
Yeah. OP is going to be calling tech support a lot I imagine. If he can't open the case, I doubt he can even get into the BIOS.
I don't even this qualifies as research so much so as a simple search.

Got mine and it turned on and dident give power to any of my peripherals or monitor
That has absolutely nothing to do with a computer case.

Hard to say what config the fans are in currently. It looks like both the AIO and the vertical strip of fans are set to exhaust - can't be certain.
The vertical strip of fans are set to intake, the AIO is most likely exhaust.
You don’t necessarily need a fan on the back but it is recommended.
This is pretty sad...
Best case unscrew the screws in the back bruv
Don’t keep in on the carpet
Unscrew the thumb screw, then there should be a tab to pull on the front panel, pull it and then pull up then you should getvit

OP can't even open the case. You think he'd be capable of installing a GPU? lol
The measured cut out foam is better then instant pak but yeah they should have option to shipped gpu not installed and separate
mine was shipped with the graphics card when i got the player 3
Same with my Player Two, no issues might I add
