Are your CPU cables from your PSU plugged into your motherboard (top left)? This unrelated to your issue but our front fans are positioned as exhaust and should be flipped to intake. I can’t see the other fans but top and back should be exhaust.
Hard to tell if your front panel connectors are plugged in correctly. I would start there.
Might be better to show pictures rather than a video
Remove gpu, try with the cpu built-in one.
