If you don’t travel more rewards and cash rewards are good. After I buy my house I plan to request the more rewards card to use for groceries and gas. Currently use the cash rewards which you can cash out rewards for at any time.
Flagship is good if you travel and/or use Amazon prime a lot.
One day I’ll probably get the flagship when I can afford to start traveling more again and my health is better.
I have Flagship, More Rewards AMEX, and CashRewards. They all have their purposes and they all have their pros/cons. I decide what card to use based off what maximizes my point accumulation. It all depends on what you plan on using it for.
Objectively the best card is the more rewards. It just gives you more than all the other stuff at NFCU. The flagship is super lame I don't even bother despite what the fanboys here say they just like a free year of Amazon prime.
Honestly though the Navy Federal cards are crap because even with the more rewards you have to accrue 50 bucks in rewards before you can cash them out and furthermore you can't combine points on cards so what the f*** is the point of all that? Navy Federal is great for pledge loans and CDs and that's pretty much it. Get your cards elsewhere.
I have both the rewards and cash rewards credit cards. I like them both! Flagship would be great if you like to travel and that will be my next card to apply for. Good luck!
Flagship, Cash Rewards and Platinum here. I use them all depending on what the spend is. Looked at the more rewards but I have Amex Platinum , gold and Delta Reserve so I didn’t see the point of having a co-branded Amex with NFCU.
Flagship. Put $588-$600 in your checking account. Then apply for it. Having that much in your checking will show the Ai system that you can cover a full years worth of the annual fee, and you will be approved.

Did you get all the simultaneously?
No. I’ve been with Navy Fed for 18 years.
Flagship. Free TSA Precheck and Amazon Prime. Amazon Prime alone is $130/year, so that annual $49 fee is nothing in comparison.
Don’t you only get prime for one year though?
Shhhh you're making sense
As others have stated, they’ve covered multiple years. Last time someone asked, someone replied that they’re on year 3 of prime from NavyFed
Yep, got my credit for the third time this past December.
they pay every year
Thanks buddy and will do 🙌
I second this.

I have both Flagship and More Rewards, definitely getting tons of value :)
