No but any regime official who serves a sentence in new Iran should be released only after they have been tattoo'd on their forehead with a message that reads "I worked towards spilling Iranian blood".
Not among settled Iranians, but the Iranic nomadic group, the Scythians, did have a tattooing tradition depicting animals and mystical creatures like the Griffin.

tattoos afaik, aren't traditional in iran like it isn't even tradition in the first place, instead there is much jewelry and necklaces
