It’s just crazy to me Nike has the audacity to sue Bape and New Balance and then sells counterfeit vans. They’ve also been ripping off NB for the past few years.
It does make me question why (as far as I'm aware) Vans has never filed a lawsuit against Nike for any trademark infringements, especially given they did with MSCHF for the Wavy Baby model. It seems odd especially given Nike SB is very much a direct competitor in the skateboarding category.
Not familiar with the NB rips but the most egregious one has to be Nike's use of Onitsuka's silhouettes back in the '60s-70s and basically building an entire brand off them haha.
