They won't be so hot that it's a significant difference compared to other shoes, but please don't be mistaken about Gore-Tex being breathable. In most cases it isn't as the membrane is treated with a non-air permeable layer – sweat may be able to escape but realistically there isn't any airflow like you would get in Flyknit shoes for example. Doesn't mean they'll be bad necessarily, but just by virtue of being water-resistant they are not likely to be highly breathable.
Generally a bit warmer but they are breathable. Airforce 1s are not the most ideal sticky weather shoe unless its gonna be raining every day
