Looks fine to me. It's very similar to the Nike Spec Jacket from the ACG Oregon Series, Fall 2003 in particular. I have that one and can't see any differences in the quality other than mine having delaminated after so much time and maybe a lack of care from the previous owner.
Hopefully, but it's actually a result of dried glue/sealants which can unfortunately be more common in deadstock items because there hasn't been any wear and movement to keep it supple! Fingers crossed through, and either way it's an awesome jacket.
