For Nikes just get your size. The 10.5 will be fine. If you want a more snug fit the lowest I’ll go is a 10, and I mean your toes are going to literally be right up against the toe box. When they break in it’s like a dream but those first couple days are kinda rough. I’d recommend filling up your tub with hot water ankle high. Put your cleats on, and just lightly march in place. Really using your toes to work in that toe box, and also flexing the ankle about so it doesn’t chaff your Achilles too bad.

I agree with this but would maybe err on the side of caution with hot water and suggest warm water instead to avoid the risk of melting the laminates/glues.
