Who placed the order? If it was your relative, they will need to process the return.
If you made the purchase using their monthly discount (or whatever the equivalent was), you should be able to just process the return yourself and receive the refund with no further hassle.
When I was an employee I returned plenty of items which I had bought with the discount and there was never any hassle, but I also had to process any returns for items that didn't fit my friends.or family.
It depends. If they are a family member, they can add as many immediate family members to their account , so then you could have your own Nike swoosh account and order your own stuff.
If you were set up this way- you would just follow the normal return process.
If your family member bought the shoes for you, then you can still return them, you would just need that person to start the return and give you the ups label.
If you wanted to exchange them for something and you didn’t initially buy them, your family member would have to go through their account for the return/exchange to get another product with the discount.
