Thats whats actually kinda pissing me off. This maintenance came during the only window i can play and i hadn't cashed out the tokens for power-ups n such from the event store.
I feel like that's a pattern for the BIG events though. The regular events see updates later on in the day. They want people to play the anniversary/summer events ASAP, so those updates happen before the daily reset.
Can someone ELI5 why we always have to update outside of the game then another bigger update after launching? Why can we not just have the whole update applied at the beginning? Genshin is the same way. Only Gacha games seem to do this. WoW updates on the BNet Launcher for example.
At least I’ll be able to waste time shooting off fireworks

Why do maintenance now? Tried logging on before daily reset and already had maintenance.
