But ye the new designs really didnt made me happy, but over time as I grew older even if I still i am not big fan of, its just settled as to "What happened, Happened" and instead of spending eternity alone id rather extinguish that grudge i still have so I could co exist with what made me, better late than never.
Well i will get it off my chest, i wasnt really watching since like Skybound so Hands of Time was something like unknown for me.

Yeah, theyāre a lot cleaner and imo a lot better. Kaiās hair was too sharp looking, like it could cut you, also we can see his face scars in the show now. Coleās hair was kind of meh, and it didnāt make much sense for the look lego was going for. Lloyds hair was the hair that was used for LITERALLY EVERYONE DIJSLSHDKFJ, also he looked like he was constantly having a stroke with the shape of his mouth, also i just like the fact that his eyes are green now. Jayās hair was also way overused, and his silver plus blue design was justā¦ no. Also, suit designs are a lot better now, theyāre a lot cleaner and more colorful.

his new design unfortunately doesn't have the eyebrow stripe thing but its much cuter than the old one i think that it fits him better i feel like every new design is just a resmaster of their old counterparts besides nya wich looks completely different and doesn't have much personality to it she just wears gray and has a ponytail nya's season 5 ninja suit is my favorite one in the entire franchise i am so mad at how her insanely cool dark red + baby blue color pattern was taken from us it looked so fucking cool

i love the red and blue of nya's ninja suit and i think that she looks pretty basic and not as flashy as the other ninjas now and dont get me wrong her character got better i am talking simply about her desgin
i know that the bowl cut is a pretty hated haircut but i think it looks good on her and i kinda miss it if they had to change it i wished they would chose a more unique haircut instead of a defaulty one then i wouldn't mind it its not that i hate her hair its just that every ninja has a somwhat quirky haircut while nya just has a classic ponytail this is a weired thing to nitpic on but what can i say i am stoopid
i disagree they may not be that crazy but they are still somewhat stylized i would agree on jay and lloyd if you referenced their pre residisign design they aren't exactly the type of haircut that you would see irl often (also i might be biased because i kinda have a bobcut even if it is shoulder lengthed)
Even th new ones are basic. Jay is just a perm (common hairsyle where I live). Cole is just regular medium hair and I have very similar to Lloyd's hair cut
i have never seen anyone with their hair irl its not common at all here i have only seen a single guy with a relatively medium hair in my school so its very uncommon for a guy to have medium hair here every either had a basic short haircut or one of those korny football hairstyle so thats why it might seem not common to me
i mean as long as they actually give the other ninja a character and do more a better job at interpreting the actual plot of the show we all love, like maybe a tournament of elements plot i think it wouldn't be so bad
They should really work on the other ninja in the sequel. Also I hope Morro shows up as their school's ghost story or something and starts annoyingly haunting Lloyd.
Those designs are basically dead outside of flashbacks. Weāve had more seasons with the new (and better) designs than the originals they arenāt just gonna switch back, especially in a sequel to the movie when the better designs were introduced.
Imma be real, the movie was more entertaining than like half the show. Iād be so down for a sequel, given that the writers have a slightly better understanding of the source material. Keep Garmadaddy the same though please and thank you.Ā
If that happened thwn we'd certainly get a new story as the LEGO film rights are owned by Universal now instead of Warner Bros. Now if a sequel to the Nijago movie was announced then I just hope this one will have focus on the team as a whole.

If they did another movie however, they would really need to actually look at the source material because even ignoring the design changes, the ninjago movie completely ignored/forgot everything that made ninjago so unique and memorable. At the bare minimum they should have used spinjutsu, not like in the game tho, the spinjustu in the game was so crap
It's gonna be a flop, but that won't stop me from enjoying this funny toy commercial with colorful ninjas.... Man my life is disappointing...
