It’s a regular or system freighter, meaning that its’ inventory is smaller than either of the capital ship types - the star destroyers and the dreadnoughts. In terms of stats, though, there’s no real difference between an S class system freighter and an S class capital ship. You can increase the storage capacity with cargo bulkheads, which you can get from derelict freighters or as payment for rescuing freighters from pirate attacks.
Nice going man, most people say that all the normal freighters have the same random chance on certain parts but the ring on yours and the Orb/Iris/Death Star front are actually more rare than the others to spot in the wild and being able to get them.
I love those two along with the saucer front.

How do I get bigger ones? This is one that spawned on my fifth jump and was being attacked by pirates, it’s s class so I assumed it would be one of the best. I’m still pretty new and figuring things out lol
I've honestly come to prefer the system freighters. There's a greater variety of them, they feel more in-scape with the rest of the game, and they lack all the masts that can get in the way of the docking bay. They are also easy to find in S-class without reloading or repeating a fight with pirates. Just find a star system with the style you want available for purchase and pulse around it. Eventually, among the various groups of freighters that warp in, you'll get the S-class one you want.
This is a very nice freighter - bright colors, and the ring ones are rare.
Nice, too bad that there aren't higher tier versions of freighters like these, imagine a redesigned version of this as an A or s class
