Reminds me of the sentient bubbles I found, behavior: hunts sentinels. I also didn't see a single sentinel on that planet, so I'm actually inclined to believe it

Literally activated my first Stargate-like portal with the story mission, and I was dropped into a big Cybernetic-Like planet filled with screens debris minerals and cube shaped flying objects after talking to the Atlas, before encountering those flying lads around.

No, it’s too tiny. I find that the smaller ones are never rideable unless they have wings, at least afaik

Always wondered how does one tame flying creatures? As I’ve never seen them land :(

I only managed to tame the ones that are fairly close to the ground (don’t know how else to explain it) but not the ones that are way up high.

Now that I know some are tameable I might trying using the terrain manipulator to build a pillar straight up to them. I’ve seen these flying wiggly worm things before that I might try that on.

I think I know which ones you mean (I dubbed them the ‘Worm Gods’ lol) but I couldn’t interact with them at all but that might be just my aim being wonky. The one I could tame was more a beetle-like creature, so it could fly but not as high as the Worm Gods

Same as the picture. When I first went through a portal I saw them and walked up it said I could feed it so I tried and it started following me.

I found myself on a gear world. Everything was made of gears. The minerals, the flora, fauna, all gears. The ground was like shiny hexagon plating. Everything was a golden color. Really cool looking.

Not as spectacular, but I was farming for resources and a boulder sprouted legs and walked away when I shot it. And for some reason I couldn't scan it and the scanner didn't pick it up as anything either.

I find yellow-orange ones all the time. Usually on weird planets. You can get some glitches for your bases on those planets as well.

It’s like gray with some orange undertones depending on the light but I’d say gray is the primary color

These guys were added like three years ago when the anomaly planets were added. They're one of two static mob types that can spawn on stained glass worlds.

Those lil dude were so cute the first time I found them. Those and literally fairy sprites made me giggle.
