Headspace is more gameplay focused, so the choice is obvious. There's just so much more content
The Real World is awesome too, but it's shorter and more story focused than anything. However the sidequests and helping people in the town is really fun ![img](emote|t5_31hpy|2463)
Headspace is more focused on exploration, combat, silliness and childhood innocence. It is slower, yet much more upbeat.
Real life, especially on the first day, is much more focused on emotion and story telling. There is exploration and many things to do on the side, but they are less prominent. However, it is fun to draw comparison between the things seen in Headspace and real life.
