I would go with Alber before Red Uta since she gets destroyed by Ssnake who is everywhere in SS league. and Kalgara and WB beat her up too. Bluffy is not meta anymore unfortunately.
Get Luffytaro to 6 stars from the point exchange. He is great support and is a Luffy meant to be good against defenders. Don't waste frags on him since he is a step up

I recommend roger and uta. And to use as a team, i´d personally use uta and king runner, you can use roger but it´s your choice
