What occasion - bc that matters.
1 feels too frilly - the random pieces hanging feel like they going to interfere when you are walking. Also, where else will you wear this?
2 feels more streamlined, you could wear it elsewhere - but feels a bit flimsy - doesn't look very thick in material - cheaply made.
Personally, I would keep looking and find something better quality/something that you can wear to different things - but not really what you are asking.

Although the ruffles on the first dress give ethereal fairy vibes and look good with your hair, it doesn't provide enough coverage at the top or bottom, plus it's quite sheer. It seems like one wrong move and you'll be exposed. The second dress fits better.
One looks like a dance competition costume.
Two would be better if the neck binding were not rolling over and it fit just a little more smoothly -- that might br a function of the fabric, the fit, or just the photo
One is see through and too short to move at all without constantly holding it in place, which is not fun. Also, it looks cheap. Two is a better option but not as much of a club or going out vibe if that’s the purpose.
You look good in either one, but (and maybe I'm projecting my own boredom onto it) I like the 1st one better than the 2nd (edited to switch 1-2 (oops!))
