God-Man-the reincarnation of everyone Homelander has killed. In the comic he has a much bigger role, so I dunno why they made him pretty weak.
But in the final issue, God-Man channels all of his power fueled by the souls of all the people he has killed in his quest to be loved to vanquish Shining Homelander (his ultimate form after consuming all the Compound V) and activates an alternate universe where the entirety of Vought never existed, meaning no Seven, meaning no Supes.
A scene that touched me in the finale is seeing Butcher hold his son Ryan in his hands and say "They truly were The Boys (2019) weren't they?"
