You should list your submods. Safe to disable them all or eventually deduce which ones are doing it. Always check to ensure your mods are up to date and to scour for conflicts (unity in Texas, Ad Victoriam's interactions with the Swords of Hayman)

I have Ashes to Embers and no sub mods
I have same problem, i have rust belt and east coast one, and my game just started bricking itself recently
