AT - Blue second hand

Is the blue second hand only on a 41?

I would look at Beijing Olympics version of Aquaterra. Really cool watch. The blue dial AT looks very plain to me tbh. And to choose between Seamaster and AT? AT is a little more under the radar watch. Seamaster, with it's sporty looks and HE valve is recognizable. I love both - Seamasters and ATs - so l won'd advise against any of these two. But l would look at a different dial AquaTerra for sure.

I just had a mature milestone birthday. I bought the white face SMP300 shown on bracelet. Love full divers with bezels. The white is awesome with black bezel. I also like the bracelet. Watch is very meaty on the bracelet. You can also buy the black omega rubber with deployment to lighten the load, if desired. The strap change even gives it a more sporty appearance. Love this watch. Highly recommend.

I have the SMP300 and wear it on rubber strap and and also the AT41. I wish I’d gotten the AT in 38 instead. The 41 is nice but I wish it was a tad smaller. I’ve been spending too much time on Reddit I guess. Both are nice but I find myself wearing the SMP on oem strap more. It’s more sporty and I can wear it to work and dress it down more.

But only one has a helium escape valve, so easy choice there. And I have that model. Heavier than I thought it would be.

I wear t-shirt and jean 98% of the time so I got the Seamaster.

I did but it is a little out of my price range. It’s one of my goals at some point.

Agreed - a darker dial has always been easier on my eyes, as long as there is a great contrast with markers, hands, etc. Maybe check out a 300M with a dark dial and light hands and markers?

Go in and try them on, the bracelet on the smp300 is a love or hate thing (I love mine, same as what you pictured above). I also have the orange/white aqua terra on both metal, rubber and nato and it’s pretty versatile from dress to “sporty”

Man tough choice! I think I like number 2 best? The blue seconds hand pops to me and is unique looking. I like a little touch of unique. Stands out in the crowd and gives it a bit of personality. I don’t think you can go wrong brother! Good luck with your purchase. You will love it no matter what you choose

My vote is for the SMP. It’s one of those watches that should end up in your life at some point, may as well make it now. Enjoy!

IMO 1-2-3 in that order, but i'm biased towards Seamaster 300's.

If you are a sporty type, SM. If you are a formal type, AT.

Try them on and you’ll know which one is the right one. You’ll probably buy another before you know it so there’s no wrong choice.

The White Dial Seamaster 300 is just 😍.

It all means jack until you go to the store and try them on yourself. I originally wanted a blue SMP300 and didn’t like it anymore in person. In fact, it made me consider the white one when it was originally a complete turn off for me.

Thanks. I plan on visiting the nearest AD soon and trying at least the model on if they don’t have the color I’d like.

Aw these were the watches I was deciding between for my milestone birthday. I chose the diver and love it!

What color dial?

White dial, just like the one in pic#1. It’s a beautiful watch that I truly can wear anywhere/everywhere My thought process was that the AT and diver are both beautiful watches; but the diver is better for everyday use

And I know they are all Seamasters. I was trying to keep my title shorter.

What else do you have for watches?

This would be my first luxury watches. I have two Citizens, one of which is a diver, one Tissot, a Seiko, and two Bulovas.

If you want a Speedmaster get a Speedmaster. Don’t compromise.

I don’t like the bracelet on a sea master. I have mine on the rubber strap, but also like the nato or the strap on NTTD. If you wanted a integrated sports watch, then I personally would go with watch 3
