Highly recommend Rebecca’s low impact cardio!!! Totally saved me third trimester and postpartum when I needed to get my HR up for endorphins but couldn’t do anything stressing of the ligaments.
Also robins postpartum core series. My pelvic floor pt said I had completely healed my DR and my pelvic floor with that content.
Ahhh thank you!! I didn’t know there was low impact cardio, that is awesome. I am scared of a lot of non-machine cardio (burpees..) after wrecking my back doing some, but that sounds great. I might finally get a number in that cardio slot! Haha my only category with no class!
They are so fun! Enjoy. The class format is either learn a move and repeat for a while or add a trick where you learn a little routine over the course of the class. Both are great.
